Using the service

Askhole provides form creation, publishing, response collection and AI assistance. Keep your creator sign-in links private and use only accounts and data you are authorised to access.

Creators are responsible for the questions they publish, permission to invite people, the information they collect and their use of responses. Explain that use to respondents and provide a way for them to contact you.

Your content and AI

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You allow Askhole and its service providers to process it to deliver the features you use. Publishing a form makes its questions available to people with access to its link; its creator can read and export submitted responses.

AI-generated questions, interviews and analysis can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review questions before publishing and check findings against the responses. You remain responsible for decisions you make from them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Askhole for unlawful content, impersonation, phishing, unsolicited bulk invitations or unauthorised access. Do not try to bypass access controls or service limits. We may restrict access to address misuse or protect the service. Report an abusive form through Contact.

Plans, limits and availability

The plan and limits shown in your account govern its use. Deleting a response does not restore monthly consumption. Published questions stay fixed; duplicate a form as a draft to change them.

Paid plans currently use a waitlist. Joining records interest and does not charge you, reserve a price or change your entitlement. Any future paid checkout must show its price and payment terms before you purchase.

The service may be interrupted or changed. Export important data and contact us if you cannot access your account. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a support response-time guarantee.

Leaving and getting help

Settings provides account download and deletion. Cleanup can need continuation, and it cannot recall copies already downloaded or emails already delivered. Privacy explains the current data handling and retention limits.
