- What’s an ask?
- Anything you make in Askhole: a form, an AI interview, a live workshop or a quiz. Saved drafts and closed ones count towards your plan; empty drafts don’t.
- How do the free limits work?
- Free includes 3 asks, 100 responses a month across your account and up to 25 on any one ask. Drafts with questions and closed asks count; empty drafts don’t. Export and delete an ask you’re done with to make room.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- When your ask allowance is full, export and delete an ask to make room. Full asks and accounts stop taking answers. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st (UTC); deleting a response does not restore monthly allowance.
- Is there a per-ask cap on paid plans?
- Standard and Pro are planned without a plan-imposed per-ask cap; each ask would draw from the account’s monthly allowance. Paid plans are not available yet, and joining the waitlist charges nothing.
- Do the people answering need an account?
- Never. They open the link and answer. You can still lock an ask with a password or make it invite-only.
- How do I sign in?
- With a link sent to your email. No password to forget.

What does the AI actually do?
It drafts questions from your description and suggests rewording, placeholders and answer choices. AI analysis, when enabled, helps summarise replies. Monthly AI allowances apply to attempts, including failed attempts; AI can make mistakes.
What’s interview mode?
An AI interviewer works through your questions in conversation and submits structured answers. Interview mode uses the creator’s AI allowance on every plan; when that allowance runs out, respondents can continue using the normal form.
Which question types are there?
Short text, long text, single select, multi-select, number, slider, yes/no and date.
Can I get my data out?
Yes – every response is in Responses, and you can export to CSV.
What counts as a response?
One accepted form submission or completed interview. Retries of the same submission count once; deleted responses still count towards that month’s allowance.
