For a privacy request, tell us which form or account it concerns. We may need to verify the request. A form’s creator handles their use of your answers; we can help if you cannot reach them.

Your account and data
Signed-in creators can download account data, erase a respondent’s linked data and delete their account from Settings. Read Privacy for the current scope and deletion limits.
